As an Architectural Designer/Draftsman, you'll collaborate with our talented architects to bring clients' visions to life, using cutting-edge tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Your daily tasks will include creating detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations that communicate architectural concepts effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Prepare construction documents and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction drawings
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies
- Contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative design solutions
- Maintain accurate and organized project files
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
