📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or coffee industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
