📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the orthopaedic and sports medicine market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and medical directors.
- Provide expert product knowledge and training to medical staff on Transmedic's orthopedic and sports medicine solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Manage and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase Transmedic's products.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the healthcare industry.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as medicine, healthcare management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical sales, medical sales, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the orthopaedic and sports medicine markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar.
- Certification in medical sales or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
- Ability to travel extensively as required by the role.
