📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support to parents and caregivers.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, incorporating new ideas into your teaching methods.
• Attend and participate in professional development workshops, training sessions, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's attendance, behavior, and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in an offline classroom setting.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPSE, CPSEA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the national early childhood curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
