As the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a unique and memorable cocktail experience for our guests, while also managing a team of skilled bartenders. Your mission is to elevate our bar program, driving sales and enhancing guest satisfaction. With a focus on innovation and quality, you will work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless integration between our bar and restaurant operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive bar program, including cocktail menus, specials, and training materials.
• Ensure high standards of product knowledge, mixology, and service quality.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless integration between bar and restaurant operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws.
• Represent the bar and the restaurant at events and trade shows to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or cocktail-focused environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, mixology, and cocktail trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant hospitality tools.
• Certification in mixology or hospitality management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for creating unique and innovative cocktail experiences.
