PULSE Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in account management to grow and develop their careers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's client base.,Assist in the development and implementation of new business initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or a related field (fresh graduates with strong academic background and relevant skills may be considered).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
