📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture.
• Coordinate HR activities such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using HRIS software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Jobvite.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
