📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants to develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and mentoring junior accountants.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
