📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise sales assistants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash drawer, and ensuring accurate financial records.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Train and mentor new employees on sales techniques and cashier procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
