📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain employee records and documents,Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues,Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Strong organizational and communication skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus
