📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the processing of sales orders from inception to completion.,Ensure accurate and timely entry of order information into the company's sales order management system.,Coordinate with sales teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in sales orders.,Maintain accurate records of all sales orders and related documentation.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other related documents.,Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure proper billing and invoicing.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Stay updated with company policies and procedures related to sales order processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales order processing or a related role.,Strong knowledge of sales order management systems and processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is a plus.
