📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance the school's reputation and visibility.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.,Organize and execute community events, such as open days, fundraisers, and cultural exchanges, to strengthen community ties.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication with community partners.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement initiatives to measure success and identify areas for improvement.,Represent the school at community forums, conferences, and networking events to promote our mission and values.,Liaise with external organizations to explore opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and school policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in education, community engagement, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, with a strong background in education or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing community engagement initiatives.,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.,Proficient in using project management tools and software.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and community dynamics is a plus.
