Glow Smart Pratama is looking for a dedicated Assistant Captain to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure all team members are following company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Monitor and report on team performance and productivity.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
