📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in the retail environment.,Assist in stock management and ensure that products are well-displayed and organized.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your retail sales skills.,Promote our products and services to customers through various marketing activities.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.,Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.,Enthusiasm and passion for retail and customer service.
