📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Captain in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and resource utilization.
  • Provide support in training and development activities for project teams.
  • Handle and resolve employee concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Participate in emergency response planning and drills.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the energy or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with safety and health regulations in the energy sector.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
