📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Administer leave and attendance management systems.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Creative and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
