Food Bay Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and efficient Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role, offering a flexible work environment that combines the best of both in-office and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card transactions securely and promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.
