Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental operations and efficiency.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.,Handle departmental budgets and financial planning to ensure financial stability and growth.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and experience in managing remote teams is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
