📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payments from patients and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Maintain and update patient records and billing information.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.,Assist in reconciling daily cash transactions and preparing financial reports.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
