Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

• Lead and mentor junior recruitment staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to effectively source and attract candidates.
