📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the reliability lab, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
• Develop and implement reliability test plans and methodologies to assess the performance and durability of LED products.
• Analyze test data and provide actionable insights to improve product reliability and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) to prevent recurrence of reliability issues.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in reliability engineering, and apply this knowledge to enhance our processes.
• Work closely with suppliers and external partners to ensure the reliability of components and materials used in our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in reliability engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing and quality assurance.
• Proven track record of leading reliability lab operations and implementing reliability test plans.
• Familiarity with industry-standard reliability testing tools and software, such as Minitab, Weibull++, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., ASQ CRE, IEEE 1624) is a plus.
• Experience in the LED or semiconductor industry is a significant advantage.
