📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to ensure they meet their daily sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Train and mentor new sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product launches and promotional events to drive sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
