📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs are well-received and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
