📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and safety.,Maintain and update logistics records and reports.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and manage the performance of the logistics team.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
