Camp Plus Lestari is seeking a talented and motivated Procurement Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about purchasing and supply chain management. We are looking for a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships. You will also be involved in budgeting and cost control, ensuring that we achieve our procurement objectives within the allocated budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Develop and maintain procurement strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and control procurement budgets and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Manage supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
