📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with hospital policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing.
  • Evaluate and recommend new suppliers or vendors as needed.
  • Track and report on procurement spending and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare procurement and industry standards is a plus.
