The Alice Smith School is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Counsellor to join our team in Bali. We are looking for a professional who can provide emotional support, guidance, and counseling services to our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual, group, and family counseling to students, staff, and parents.,Assess and address the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of students.,Develop and implement counseling programs and interventions.,Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student development.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions.,Stay updated with best practices in counseling and mental health.,Participate in school events and activities to build relationships with students and staff.,Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field preferred.,Experience in school counseling or a related field.,Knowledge of international school environments and cultural sensitivity.,Professional certification or license in counseling preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
