📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
