📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage and train a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and attract more customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the head office to implement new initiatives and improve store performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
