📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company-wide goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
