📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans for Senior Learning and Volunteerism Initiatives.,Lead and coordinate volunteer programs, ensuring they are impactful and sustainable.,Create and deliver training programs for seniors, focusing on skill development and community engagement.,Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among staff and volunteers.,Represent the Agency at community events and conferences, promoting our mission and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in senior learning and volunteerism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Business Administration, Public Health, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing volunteer programs.,Strong understanding of community development principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using project management tools and software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
