📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to identify the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
