📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 field officers to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including customer acquisition, loan processing, and financial reporting.
• Utilize Amartha's technology platform, including the Amartha Mobile App and the Amartha Core Banking System, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand financial inclusion in the Ngaliyan, Semarang region.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and trends in the microfinance sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community leaders to foster trust and collaboration.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with Amartha's standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and coaching to field officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in microfinance, branch management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
