📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
