📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to guests and staff.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
• Stock and manage inventory of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and glassware.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and service standards.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously with a smile.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or hospitality role, preferably in a premium or upscale setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of the establishment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
