📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide high-quality skincare and beauty treatments using The Body Shop’s premium products.
- Consult with clients to create personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
- Assist senior therapists in training and mentoring new staff.
- Stock and manage beauty care products and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty care or related fields.
- Certification in beauty therapy or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of The Body Shop’s skincare products and treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with using beauty care tools and equipment.
- Passion for ethical beauty and sustainable practices.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
