As a Project Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing tender processes for various construction projects. You will work closely with our internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the entire tender process from preparation to submission, including document preparation, bid analysis, and negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management and construction contracts.
  • Proven track record of successful tender submissions and contract negotiations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
