📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and specifications in collaboration with our in-house architects.
• Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any potential issues.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Leverage AutoCAD and Revit for detailed architectural drawings and project management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the construction industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision and project management, with a strong architectural background.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience in developing detailed architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
