📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile daily transactions using SAP and Oracle Financials.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain and update financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support the finance team in maintaining compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a luxury hospitality or resort environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financials.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
