📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the shophouse, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the shophouse.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or retail industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting is preferred.
• Hold a relevant certification in hospitality management or a related field.
