📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling, coordination, and logistics,Support the operations team in maintaining and improving processes and procedures,Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports and documentation,Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and record-keeping,Assist in the organization and coordination of team meetings and events,Support the operations team in the implementation of new initiatives and projects,Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members,Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time-management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial principles,Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies,Willingness to travel as needed
